Director of Sales and Growth

Job Responsibilities:
- Drive overall business strategy across Europe, UK and the MidEast.
- Directly lead overall sales in the region, including current accounts and sales pipeline development for new global, national and regional agencies and enterprises.
- Plan and manage sales forecasts and communicate progress against targets regularly with executive leadership and sales team.
- Develop and manage Go To Market plan and work closely with Marketing to implement marketing programs for expanding the company's customer base.
- Identify and leverage strategic partnerships to cultivate and manage partner, distribution, and channel relationships.
- Build and mentor sales account management, drive achievement of fundamental sales metrics and quotas across the sales account team.
- Collaborate extensively with the marketing team to develop and execute Go to Market plans.
About You:
The successful candidate will have 15+ years sales leadership experience, background in Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), Mobility, Location Intelligence, and/or Transportation & Logistics required, and experience in selling DaaS/SaaS offerings to public sector and enterprise sectors.
