We are currently recruiting for a Team Leader vacancy. This is an excellent opportunity to join the business at the team leading level and oversee the productivity and welfare of the staff on site.

Working Pattern
Full-time, 37.5 hrs per week on two weeks rotating rota: Week 1: Monday-Friday at 7:00-15:00; Week 2: Monday-Friday at 12:00-20:00, plus 1 in 4 weekend cover and on-call rota.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibility for the safe and efficient practices for decontamination, instrument assembly and sterilisation of instruments, consumables and equipment within predefined quality standards. Providing direct and effective supervision to ensure timely delivery of clean and/or sterile instrumentation. Operational activities fully comply with all required Health and Safety procedures and guidelines. Monitor, Maintain and record all department quality assurance records in accordance with the QMS.

Required Experience
Educated to a good general standard with demonstrable verbal and numerical abilities. Basic end user IT skills to operate track and traceability IT system.
