Sterile Services Manager

We are seeking an experienced CSSD lead to join The Lister Hospital, responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of the CSSD department. This includes ensuring safe and legal practice, meeting the requirements for sterile supplies of service users within the hospital, in a timely and efficient manner.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for updating the Standard Operating Procedures related to CSSD, carrying out departmental audits in line with the Medical directive 93/42, and working within the Quality Management System.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a sterile services department in a lead role, knowledge of relevant hospital policies and procedures, and Health and Safety training including Lifting and Handling training.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the CSSD department's daily operations

We offer a competitive salary of up to £31,579 per annum, dependent on experience, along with a range of benefits including 25 days holiday, private healthcare insurance, and a pension scheme.
