Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Vaccine Production Technician to join our team in Woking. As a Vaccine Production Technician, you will play a critical role in executing production operations in the formulation of animal health vaccines. This includes ensuring the integrity and quality of the product, participating in growing qualifications, and aseptic process simulations. You will also be involved in the execution of cleaning and sterilization of vessels and associated process lines in accordance with defined procedures. Additionally, you will use autoclaves by performing regularly testing cycles, cleaning, and sterilization of materials. Our ideal candidate has a strong foundation in science, math, and English, with at least 5 GCSEs at Grade 4/C or above. A full driving license is also essential for this role due to the location of the site.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Executing production operations in the formulation of animal health vaccines to defined procedures.
  • Ensuring the integrity and quality of the product.
  • Participating in growing qualifications and aseptic process simulations.
  • Executing cleaning and sterilization of vessels and associated process lines in accordance with defined procedures.
  • Using autoclaves by performing regularly testing cycles, cleaning, and sterilization of materials.

Requirements
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 GCSEs including English, Math's, and Science Grade 4/C or above. A full driving license is also necessary due to the location of the site. In addition, our ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory operations and aseptic technique. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently. The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
