About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our mission-critical team at Motorola Solutions.

Job Summary

As a key member of our team, you will provide technical support and solutions to our customers, ensuring their business operations run smoothly. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, providing expert advice, and implementing technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and solutions to customers via phone, email, or on-site visits
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and resolve them in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technical solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolution
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure expertise in mission-critical solutions

Requirements

  • Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, storage fundamentals, and cloud technologies
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Experience working with customers and providing technical support
  • Valid UK driver's license and ability to obtain necessary security clearances
