Job Overview

We are seeking an associate-middle level Technical Service Engineer Specialist for a full-time, home office position in the Scotland region. The role involves 60% travel frequency and requires excellent communication skills in English.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide after-sales technical support for all EcoFlow product series;
  • Maintain relationships with key accounts and sales channels, ensuring technical problems are resolved effectively;
  • Record product solution decks and technical materials for promotion and after-sales service uses;
  • Support product demonstrations, training, trial tests, and technical answers for installers, retailers, and end-users;
  • Stay updated on industry trends and collect feedback for EcoFlow product development;

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a technical service engineer, preferably in the solar panel, power storage, or battery industry;
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to work with both internal teams and clients;
  • An electrical engineering degree is preferred, but not mandatory;
  • Proficiency in using tools like MS Word, Excel, Visio, and others;
  • A self-driven individual with strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently;
  • Fluency in additional European languages is considered a plus.
