Home Care Service Director

CV-Library is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our domiciliary care services.
About the Role:This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and visionary leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our domiciliary care services. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality care to our service users, while maintaining regulatory compliance and achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage one or more regulated activities on a day-to-day basis.
- Report and notify the CQC about certain information.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve quality and efficiency.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services.
- Proven experience in domiciliary care, including care planning, risk assessments, and medication administration.
- Regulatory compliance knowledge, including CQC regulations and standards.
- Familiarity with care management software and other relevant IT systems.
- A competitive salary of £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
