Home Care Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Home Care Assistant to work in a care home setting, providing exceptional support to residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Providing Person-Centred Care: Assist residents with daily tasks, such as mobility support, grooming, and companionship.
  2. Cleaning and Hygiene: Maintain a clean and hygienic environment by ensuring all communal areas, residents' rooms, and bathrooms are tidy.
  3. Laundry and Linen Management: Manage the laundry process, washing, drying, ironing, and organizing residents' clothing and linens efficiently.
  4. Supply Chain Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels of essential supplies, ordering new stock as required.
  5. Health and Safety Protocols: Uphold rigorous health and safety standards when handling cleaning products and performing cleaning duties.
