About The RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and experienced hospitality professional to lead our guest relations team. You will work closely with the reception team to ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes, handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a leadership role in a luxury hotel environment.
What We Offer- A competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience
