We are looking for a highly skilled Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at the Academy Hotel in London.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of hotel operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the front desk staff, ensuring they are trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor and control the cash handling procedures, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
The Academy Hotel is one of six hotels and properties operated by YTL Hotels in the UK. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional guest experiences and creating memorable moments for our guests.
