About the PositionWe're looking for a seasoned professional who can lead our front desk team with expertise, passion, and dedication. As a Customer Service Supervisor, you'll oversee daily operations, maintain high standards of service quality, and empower your colleagues to excel in their roles.

Responsibilities- Manage front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures and resolving guest inquiries
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting open communication and collaboration
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and performance
- Maintain accurate records and reports, tracking key performance indicators and making data-driven decisions
- Annual salary: £27,000 - £31,000, commensurate with experience
