Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at the London Marriott Canary Wharf Hotel & Executive Apartments. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations and supervising a team of staff to ensure that all guests receive a warm welcome and efficient check-in process.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day front desk operations to ensure quality standards and meet financial objectives
  • Supervise staffing levels to ensure guest service and operational needs are met
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner

Requirements:
  • A strong background in hospitality or customer service
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
