Front Desk Supervisor
About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our Reception team at Pan Pacific London. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional experiences for our guests.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and have a passion for providing outstanding service. You will be responsible for supervising and coaching the team, managing performance, and ensuring seamless guest interactions.
Responsibilities:- Supervise, coach, and develop the team, including managing performance as needed.
- Possess good judgment and be able to act autonomously when dealing with guest issues.
- Act with integrity when handling confidential information or situations related to guests or the company.
- Anticipate guest needs and go above and beyond to deliver memorable experiences.
- Be the first point of contact for guests, delivering exceptional service and creating lasting impressions.

Estimated Salary:£35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
