The Role of a Hotel Duty Manager
As a Hotel Duty Manager, you will be responsible for leading by example in delivering exceptional guest service. You will work closely with the front office team to ensure that every guest feels welcome and valued.
Our ideal candidate will be an approachable and effective communicator, with strong organisational skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences. You will have fun with our guests and enjoy leading our front office team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the front office team to deliver exceptional guest service
- Work closely with the receptionists to ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes
- Monitor and improve guest satisfaction through regular feedback and reviews
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient hotel operation
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and loyalty
