About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Duty Manager to join our team at GLL. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our leisure centre, ensuring that all facilities and services are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the opening and closing procedures of the leisure centre, including unlocking and securing the premises.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff members, ensuring that they are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the facilities, including the gym, pool, and other areas.
- Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist with the preparation of areas and equipment for sessions and events.
- Ensure that all operating procedures are in place and followed.
- Supervise and coordinate the use of equipment and resources, including the allocation of staff and resources.
- Monitor and report on the performance of the leisure centre, including attendance, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
