About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and flexible Duty Manager to join our team at Odd Down Sports Ground. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the leisure centre, providing excellent customer service, and supervising a small team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Unlock the leisure centre and set up for the day
  • Order supplies and maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Supervise staff on shift and allocate tasks effectively
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
