Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the security of the development, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the homeowners.
- Oversee the Care and Support teams, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
- Coordinate and facilitate activities that strengthen community spirit within the development.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to resident queries and concerns.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
Requirements:
- Warm, friendly, organised, and self-motivated individual with experience of working in a care or support environment.
- Excellent care skills and a passion for delivering high-quality customer service.
- QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
