We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at GLL's Culverhay Leisure Centre in Bath and North East Somerset. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring that all facilities and services are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the centre's operations, including supervising staff, managing customer queries, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Ensure the centre's facilities and equipment are maintained to a high standard, and that all health and safety procedures are followed.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Work closely with the centre's management team to achieve business objectives and targets.
