Regional Account Executive

Florence is revolutionizing health and social care staffing with innovative technology. We're seeking an Account Executive to join our operations team and drive customer success and growth in the region.
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building relationships with Florence users at care homes and various care settings to deliver exceptional customer service. You will work closely with the team to identify opportunities for healthcare professionals within your region and ensure clients' needs are fulfilled with adequate staffing numbers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with customers to deliver exceptional service
- Identify opportunities for healthcare professionals within your region
- Work with the team to drive Florence performance and adoption
- Support the Regional Account Managers with client onboarding and retention
- Engage with active clients and re-engage with churned clients
- Attend to general enquiries via email, telephone, and live chat
- Consistently reach and exceed monthly team KPIs
- Become an expert in your marketplace and contribute to business plans and growth strategies
Requirements:
- Proficient in IT
- Prior experience in customer engagement
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- A strong passion for the Health & Social Care industry
- Demonstrates exceptional communication abilities
- A strong desire for continuous learning and personal growth
