Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to drive distribution growth in fitness outlets
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers at independent and small chain gyms in your region
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement regional activations and promotions
- Monitor and analyze sales data to optimize sales strategies and improve results
- Travel extensively (80-90%) to meet with customers and partners
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development
- Strong understanding of the fitness industry and its trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection handling skills
- Ability to build and present a compelling story with insight and commercial awareness
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
