About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Account Executive to join our operations team at Florence. As a Regional Account Executive, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients in your geographical area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with Florence users at care homes and various care settings to ensure their needs are met with adequate staffing numbers.
  • Identify opportunities for healthcare professionals within your region and work with the team to drive Florence performance and adoption.
  • Support the Regional Account Managers in ensuring all clients reach successful onboarding and retention as Florence customers.
  • Engage with active clients and re-engage with churned clients to drive business growth.
  • Attend to all general enquiries received via email, telephone, and our live chat.
  • Consistently reach and exceed monthly team KPIs.
Requirements
  • Proficient in IT and prior experience in customer engagement.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships and a strong passion for the Health & Social Care industry.
  • Demonstrates exceptional communication abilities and a strong desire for continuous learning and personal growth.
  • A collaborative team player with the ability to effectively prioritise workload.
