Regional Account Executive - Sports & Fitness

Red Bull is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Account Executive to join our team in the West Midlands. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with independent and small chain gyms in your region, ensuring Red Bull is available and visible in key locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a regional strategy to grow distribution in fitness outlets, aligning with the sports strategy set by the National Sales Manager.
  • Establish effective joint working relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to drive availability and visibility of Red Bull.
  • Build a regional database of fitness venues, identifying opportunities to drive sales and implement regional activations with the shopper team, brand team, and field marketing team.
  • Manage multiple operating groups and franchise groups in your region, dealing with key decision makers at a regional level and building joint business plans to unlock new distribution.
  • Possess a passion and experience in the fitness industry, understanding the type of venues you'll be working with and how they operate.
  • Track record in achieving targets and skills in communication, negotiation, and objection handling.
  • Ability to build and present a compelling story with insight and commercial awareness, outstanding customer relationship management, and strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Intermediate skills across Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, and travel 80-90%.
