Regional Account Manager

We're looking for a skilled Account Executive to join our operations team. As a key member of our team, you'll take ownership of customer support in your geographical area, working closely with our collaborative and passionate team to drive Florence's growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with Florence users at care homes and various care settings to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Identify opportunities for healthcare professionals within your region and ensure clients' needs are fulfilled with adequate staffing numbers.
- Work with our team to drive Florence performance and adoption across your geographic territory.
- Support Regional Account Managers in ensuring all clients reach successful onboarding and retention as Florence customers.
- Engage with active clients and re-engage with churned clients to drive growth.
- Attend to general enquiries received via email, telephone, and our live chat.
- Consistently reach and exceed monthly team KPIs.
- Become an expert in your marketplace and contribute to business plans and growth strategies.
- Contribute to the overall success of the team and reaching business targets.
Requirements
- Proficient in IT.
- Prior experience in customer engagement.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.
- A strong passion for and/or exposure to the Health & Social Care industry.
- Demonstrates exceptional communication abilities.
- A strong desire for continuous learning and personal growth.
- A collaborative team player.
- Organised and skilled in effectively prioritising workload.
