Inside Sales Executive Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team at 3 Sixty Resourcing. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and develop strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Upsell service plans and create new business pipelines
- Identify and secure new business opportunities from our database
- Act as an account manager for a portfolio of clients
- Update and maintain our CRM system
- Ensure high levels of service are delivered to clients
- Maintain contract renewals to ensure client retention
Requirements:
- Strong account management experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Confident in interpreting data and using Excel
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to prioritize workloads
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
