About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Marketing Director to join our team at Publicis Groupe. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for our global product and service offerings.
  • Collaborate with product and solution experts to craft impactful stories for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the development of key messaging and positioning to ensure an integrated story across capabilities.
  • Lead compelling demos, presentations, and talking points to diverse audiences.
  • Organize and support the development of solution collateral with continuous updates.
  • Drive preparations for executive meetings, stakeholder engagements, and internal communications.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to stay informed of platform updates.
  • Recommend portfolio-level initiatives and mobilize cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.
  • Drive end-to-end solution marketing projects across the portfolio.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to make complex concepts simple.
  • Experience in solution marketing, product marketing, or similar roles.
  • Knowledge of Paid, Owned, and Earned Media, and related Data, People, Process, and Technology.
  • Strong analytical, critical, and creative thinking skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
