Job Title: Director of Odoo Technology

About the Role:

Konect360, a division of Retail Marketing Solutions LLC, is a global agency offering a wide range of services, including IT and software technology, creativity, marketing, and employment solutions.

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Director of Odoo Technology to join our team. As a key member of our technology department, you will be responsible for leading our Odoo technology initiatives and ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of our Odoo-based solutions.

Responsibilities:

As a Director of Odoo Technology, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the development and implementation of our Odoo technology strategy
  • Overseeing the design, development, and deployment of our Odoo-based solutions
  • Managing a team of experienced IT professionals to ensure the successful delivery of projects
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
  • Providing technical guidance and support to ensure the seamless operation of our Odoo-based systems

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as computer science or information technology
  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior technology role, with a strong background in Odoo and related technologies
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of technical professionals
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues
