Job Description

This is a leadership and management opportunity for a neonatal nurse seeking to develop their skills within a supportive team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of the unit as the nurse in charge, facilitating high-quality family integrated care within the team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience as a Band 6 neonatal nurse, qualified in specialty, and holding a teaching and mentorship qualification. With an estimated salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, this position offers a competitive package with flexible working options available.
