Job Summary:

We are recruiting a Senior Sister - Neonatal Care to lead our Neonatal Unit and provide expert care to newborns and their families.

Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day management and coordination of the Neonatal Unit
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and outcomes
  • Mentor and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge

Person Specification:

  • Qualified neonatal nurse with a minimum of two years' experience as Band 6
  • Teaching and Mentorship Qualification
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
