Job summary
We are looking for a Deputy Sister/Charge Nurse for E3 Ward based at our Basingstoke Hospital
You will be willing to help lead our team to provide high quality, safe nursing care to respiratory patients working closely alongside the wider Multi-Disciplinary Team to ensure optimal care, utilising evidence based practice and treatment modalities.
Main duties of the job
What we are looking for:
Enthusiasm, passion and a desire to provide excellent nursing care for our patients. Experienced nurses with an interest in acute medicine, respiratory and end of life care.What we would like to offer:
Enhanced skills in Respiratory Care including the use of Non-Invasive Ventilation and looking after patients with alternative airways. Opportunity to develop a range of skills from the management of a deteriorating patient to care for those at End of Life. Fun, dynamic, compassionate team who will support your growth and development as a Staff Nurse whether you have experience in respiratory medicine or looking to build upon existing skills. A great day-to-day working experience with strong leadership and an experienced Senior nursing team. We have a clear sense of direction and an exciting vision for the future of our ward.
