Job Description: Paediatric Care Manager Position

We are seeking an exceptional Paediatric Care Manager to join our dedicated team. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families, while contributing to the growth and development of our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of six months' experience in the UK, with an active NMC PIN, and up-to-date experience in tracheostomy care and ventilators within the last two years. Evidence of effective leadership and management of HCAs is also essential.

Job Summary:

  • Design and deliver personalized care plans for children and their families
  • Provide ongoing support and assessment of clients' physical and physiological needs
  • Deliver nursing interventions, including medicine delivery management
  • Work collaboratively with community teams, CHC nurses, and CCG commissioners

Compensation and Benefits:

  • An estimated annual salary of approximately £40,000, reflective of industry standards
