The post holder will manage a general caseload and provide specialist advice, education, and support to healthcare professionals and patients.

The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer clinical supervision, regular appraisal, and support in achieving your personal development plan as well as peer support from colleagues in similar roles.
