We are looking for a skilled Neonatal Unit Manager to join our team at the Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. This senior role offers an excellent opportunity for a neonatal nurse to develop leadership and management skills in a supportive and friendly team environment.
About Our TeamThe Neonatal Unit has 14 cots, providing specialized care to babies. As an active member of the Thames Valley and Wessex Neonatal Network, we prioritize collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Sister will work closely with the Clinical Matron to ensure the neonatal team possesses the necessary skills, knowledge, and motivation to deliver exceptional care. This includes supporting the Clinical Matron in managing care and the care environment, ensuring babies receive high-quality care.
Requirements- Minimum of two years' experience as a Band 6 neonatal nurse
- Completion of a leadership course
The estimated annual salary for this position is £43,041 - £70,305, commensurate with experience. The role also includes access to extensive training and development opportunities, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
