Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and coordination of the Neonatal Unit, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
This role requires a qualified neonatal nurse with a minimum of two years' experience as Band 6. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, teaching experience, and the ability to motivate and develop staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years' experience as Band 6 neonatal nurse
- Teaching and Mentorship Qualification
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
