Job Introduction

Role Responsibility

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supporting business units to ensure operations deliver on commitments and drive year-on-year performance improvement.
  • Developing and implementing operational development and action plans to achieve long-term sustainable goals.
  • Utilizing data analytics and digital tools to enhance business capabilities and ensure consistent high standards.
  • Designing and implementing initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with:

  • A degree in a relevant field or proven expertise in managing performance on a large scale.
  • Successful experience delivering business plans through multiple teams and managing various stakeholders.
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and develop relationships.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strategic mindset and proven analytical skills to target correct opportunities and monitor progress.
  • Good IT literacy with data analytics expertise.
  • Excellent organization skills and a drive to achieve results.
