About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Performance Manager to join our team at the Gambling Commission. As a key member of our regulatory team, you will play a critical role in supporting the management and monitoring of the National Lottery operator's performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and ensure the smooth running of processes relating to the management and monitoring of the National Lottery operator's performance.
  • Develop and provide insights and reports to key stakeholders as necessary.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support across the team to ensure efficient operation.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing.
  • Experience of supporting projects and delivering actions to the required standard within set deadlines.
  • Ability to understand and demonstrate application of risk-based decision making.
  • Experience of developing and optimising effective internal and external stakeholder relationships.
  • Solid IT skills, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel.
