Operational Performance Manager

Tarmac is a leading sustainable building materials and construction solutions business. We're seeking a Performance Manager to join our team in Solihull, Birmingham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering year-on-year performance improvement across our Business Unit. Your key focus areas will include:
* Supporting teams to ensure operations deliver on commitments and progressing new product developments
* Ensuring operational development and action plans are on track and applying a long-term sustainable focus consistently across regional businesses
* Focusing on using detailed analytics and digital tools to raise capability in the business and ensure consistent high standards and continuous improvement for operations
* Developing tools and techniques required by the Business Unit, such as assistance with design, training, roll-out, and embedding of initiatives and ensuring best practice is shared across regions
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing performance on a large scale, delivering business plans through multiple teams, and managing various stakeholders. You will also have strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, outstanding verbal and written communication skills, a strategic mindset, and proven analytical skills. Additionally, you will have good IT literacy with data analytics expertise, excellent organization skills, and a drive to achieve results.
