Amazon Fresh UK is an innovative omni-channel proposition that combines online groceries with the first convenience grocery store to offer Just Walk Out Technology in the UK.

We are seeking a talented Vendor Experience Manager with a background in buying, category management, or vendor management to lead our annual negotiation cycles, understand and address vendor pain-points, ensure full compliance to regulatory bodies, and create best practice vendor communication plans.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of joint business planning and vendor negotiations, as well as familiarity with grocery industry best practices.

Key responsibilities include acting as the 'business owner' for annual vendor negotiations across UK Fresh, managing a full P&L, including planning, forecasting, and driving growth to meet and exceed revenue and profitability goals.

The Vendor Experience Manager will also develop and execute annual Vendor comms plans to engage our partners around our strategy and growth plans, understand vendor pain points, and work cross-functionally to unlock improved experiences for vendors.

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of our London or Manchester offices.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with business analysis and P&L management
  • Experience negotiating with internal and external stakeholders
