Special Needs Teacher Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and passionate SEN Teacher to join our team at Inspire EHC Ltd in Norfolk. This rewarding role involves providing exceptional teaching to small classes of up to 10 students with a range of needs, including communication and interaction difficulties, specific learning challenges, and social, emotional, or mental health barriers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons across a range of subjects tailored to individual learning styles.
- Lead and mentor Teaching Assistants and Higher-Level Teaching Assistants to ensure effective support for students.
- Implement school policies, including safeguarding and promoting equality, to create a nurturing environment.
- Monitor student progress, focusing on both academic and emotional development, and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Build strong relationships with students, supporting their learning journey and addressing their unique needs.
SEN Teacher Requirements:
- QTS or QTLS is essential; experience teaching pupils with SEN and working with EHCPs is required.
- A strong knowledge of the curriculum and strategies for engaging SEN learners is necessary.
- A creative approach to teaching, adapted to individual learning styles, is expected.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required due to rural locations.
