At Inspire EHC Ltd, we are seeking an experienced SEN Teacher to join our team in Norfolk. This is a permanent role that offers a competitive salary of £31,650 - £49,084 (M1 UPS3) per annum, paid weekly in arrears.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated and passionate SEN Teacher who can provide exceptional teaching to small classes of up to 10 students with a range of needs, including communication and interaction difficulties, specific learning challenges such as dyslexia, autism spectrum conditions, and social, emotional, or mental health barriers.
The successful candidate will have QTS or QTLS, experience teaching pupils with SEN and working with EHCPs, strong knowledge of the curriculum and strategies for engaging SEN learners, and a creative, flexible approach to teaching tailored to individual learning styles.
