Special Education Needs Teaching Position in Norfolk

Inspire EHC Ltd is committed to providing high-quality education and care to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). We are currently seeking a skilled SEN Teacher to join our team in Norfolk, offering a competitive salary of £31,650 - £49,084 (M1 UPS3) per annum, paid weekly in arrears.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons across a range of subjects, tailored to meet the needs of students with SEN
- Adapt the curriculum to meet the needs of students with SEN and SEMH
- Lead and mentor Teaching Assistants and Higher-Level Teaching Assistants
- Implement school policies, including safeguarding and promoting equality
- Monitor student progress, focusing on both academic and emotional development
- Build strong, nurturing relationships with students, supporting their learning journey
- QTS or QTLS qualification
- Experience teaching pupils with SEN and working with EHCPs
- Strong knowledge of the curriculum and strategies for engaging SEN learners
- A creative, flexible approach to teaching tailored to individual learning styles
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (required due to rural locations)
