Support Worker for Children with Autism

**Role Overview**
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Maple Grove School, a specialist setting for learners with autism. The successful candidate will work closely with our dedicated staff to provide high-quality support to students with complex needs.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide individualized support to students with autism, promoting their emotional and academic well-being.
- Assist teachers with lesson planning and implementation, ensuring the delivery of tailored educational programs.
- Collaborate with other professionals, including Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Social Workers, to develop and implement student-centered plans.
**Requirements**
- Degree in Education or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience working with children with autism and complex needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
**What We Offer**
- A competitive salary of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum.

**Estimated Salary: £22,500 per annum**, based on 5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. This is a permanent, term-time only position.
