Autism and Learning Disabilities Support Professional

Sugarman Health & Wellbeing is looking for a dedicated Care Worker to join our team in Chester. As a Care Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing support and care to an individual with autism and learning disabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting daily living activities such as personal care and nutrition
- Accompanying the Service User on outings and activities in the local area
- Maintaining accurate records of the Service User's progress and development
Requirements:
- Experience working with individuals with autism and learning disabilities would be beneficial but not essential
- Ability to provide person-centered support and enable the Service User to live independently
- Willingness to learn and participate in training and development opportunities
