About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at JustOT, an Independent Special School for young people with autism and complex needs.

The estimated salary for this role is £35,556 - £42,887 per annum, reflecting the school's commitment to attracting and retaining top talent.

In this position, you will work closely with our transdisciplinary team to provide occupational therapy support to children and young people with complex autism, learning difficulties, and challenging behaviours.

  • Develop and implement effective occupational therapy plans to meet individual pupil needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the teaching team to ensure seamless transitions and positive outcomes.
  • Prioritize self-care and seek support when needed to maintain high standards of care.
