About the Role

The Thomas Carroll Group is seeking a skilled Health and Safety Consultant to join their team. As a Health and Safety Consultant, you will be responsible for carrying out consultancy duties for various clients across South, East, and West Wales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Share health and safety information with the Group.
  • Participate in planning and implementing new business campaigns.
  • Offer advice and support on claims and liability underwriting.
  • Develop growth and referral opportunities with existing clients.
  • Undertake work-related projects as requested.
  • Attend training courses to improve/maintain competency.
  • Manage operational wellbeing policy with strict time control pressures.
  • Experience in advisory and consultancy roles in Health and Safety.
  • Excellent IT and time management skills required.
  • Achieve commercial growth in client accounts and services.

Working Hours and Salary

This full-time role offers a salary range starting at £45,000 depending on experience, and typical working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday with occasional out of hours events.
