About the RoleWe offer evidence-based low-intensity CBT interventions for children and young people (CYP), whole school approach, and consultations in schools.
The service is across H & W schools to provide early help for CYP ages 5-18 experiencing mental health problems.
Key Responsibilities- Be educationally supervised, assess, and deliver outcome-focused, evidence-based interventions in educational settings for CYP.
- Developing skills in supporting CYP with mild to moderate mental health difficulties, parents/carers, and educators in the self-management of presenting difficulties.
- Undertake accurate assessments of risk to self and others.
- Engage and learn from aligned education setting/MH Links.
- Practice, evidence, reflect on, and demonstrate an ability to manage one's own caseload.
- Attend multi-professional meetings.
A competitive salary of £25,409 per annum, rising to £31,383 on completion of training.
