We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Recovery Worker to join our team in Hereford. As part of our Enhanced Community Recovery service, you will work closely with clients who have enduring mental health needs, supporting them to live independently within their community.

The successful candidate will have experience of providing care to individuals with mental health support needs, although full training will be provided. You will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as good IT skills, including word processing, databases, and emails.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for providing recovery-focused, person-centred support to our clients, enabling them to live as independently as possible within the community. This will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs and aspirations, and developing personalized support plans to help them achieve their goals.

You will also be required to maintain accurate records of client interactions, update support plans, and participate in regular supervision and training sessions to ensure you remain up-to-date with best practice.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus benefits.
