Job Title: Payroll Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Coordinator to join our team at Bureau Veritas Group. As a Payroll Coordinator, you will be responsible for processing payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, and providing excellent customer service to employees and managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll, including salary, benefits, and taxes
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies
  • Provide high-quality customer service to employees and managers
  • Respond to payroll-related queries and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records

Requirements:

  • Monthly payroll processing experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • High standard of written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate Excel skills, including vLookup, pivot tables, and formulas
  • Customer-focused with strong problem-solving approach
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
