Job Title: Payroll Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Coordinator to join our team at Bureau Veritas Group. As a Payroll Coordinator, you will be responsible for processing monthly payrolls, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process monthly payrolls for circa 1,300 employees across UK & Ireland
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements
  • Respond to requests, queries, and issues in a professional and efficient manner
  • Work collaboratively with the HR Shared Services team to provide best-in-class payroll advice and support

Requirements:

  • Monthly payroll processing experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • High standard of written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate Excel skills, comfortable with vLookup, pivot tables, and formulas
  • Customer-focused with strong problem-solving approach
