p**Financial Analysis Manager Opportunity**/ppSF Recruitment is currently working with a fantastic educational organisation in the recruitment of an interim Finance Manager. The interim Finance Manager will support the Finance Director in the delivery of strategic and operational plans./ppThe position will be responsible for the preparation of management and financial accounts, maintenance of accounting and fees records, statutory reporting and payroll./ppThis is an FTC lasting 9-12 months. Manage the preparation of the termly invoices and ensure the prompt collection of fees./ppulliPrepare annual financial statements to conform to all relevant regulatory requirements./liliProvide support to the Finance Director in preparation for the School's annual financial audit, liaising with the appointed auditors as required./liliPreparation of all relevant documents, ledgers and files for annual audit, with particular reference to prepayments and accruals./liliAct as the Line Manager for the Accounts Assistants providing appropriate support and direction./liliPrepare periodic accounting reports/information, including:/li/ul- monthly/termly management accounts, including cash flow forecasts; o regular debtor analysis to Finance Director; brbrulliOverall management of the purchase ledger and reconciliation of suppliers' accounts together with allocation of purchase invoices to nominal ledger cost centres./liliOversee the management of staff expenses claims and repayment./liliOversee petty cash management and banking./liliMaintain and, in conjunction with the Finance Director, check the fixed asset register./liliAssist the Finance Director in monitoring investments./liliManage the finance system, including appropriate periodend routines and coordination of system updates./liliLiaise with the outsourced payroll provider and provide information as required, ensuring the monthly payroll service for around 220 staff, including information required by HMRC is delivered to/li/ulpAssist the Finance Director in preparing budgets and in subsequent management of those budgets to and with budget holders./pbrulliAct as the first point of contact with the bank and the routine management of interaccount transfers./liliUndertake any other tasks which may be required from timetotime by the Finance Director./li/ul
