We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Engagement Lead to join our team.

As a Strategic Engagement Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading client engagements, managing project teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality consulting services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Manage Client Engagements: Lead and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop and Maintain Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with Clients: Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and objectives, and develop tailored consulting solutions to meet their needs.
  • Oversee Project Teams: Oversee project teams, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to consultants and analysts.
  • Conduct Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform strategic recommendations and deliverables.
  • Present Findings: Present findings and recommendations to clients, ensuring clarity, relevance, and actionable insights.
  • Contribute to Business Development: Contribute to business development efforts, including identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals, and participating in client pitches.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the value we provide to our clients.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, PhD, or MD) preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in management consulting, with a focus on life sciences or healthcare.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record of successfully leading client engagements and managing project teams.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the life sciences industry, including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, and healthcare.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Communication: Strong communication and presentation abilities, with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear and actionable insights.
  • Client Relationships: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships at all levels of an organisation.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving impact and delivering value to clients.
